Description
The Head Extreme Motion 2027 is the racket Paula Josémaría takes onto the professional circuit, and it is built for players who already hit through the ball cleanly.
The diamond shape with high balance puts the mass up in the head, so the power is concentrated exactly where you strike on the smash — while staying manoeuvrable enough to defend with, which is the balance most diamond rackets miss.
A carbon frame gives optimal stiffness and transfers energy into the ball rather than absorbing it. The hard, rigid foam core is what makes the hit explosive: it gives very little, so everything you put in comes back out. The sanded surface bites for heavy spin, letting you vary angles and work the ball.
Weight 355–370 g.
A word of caution: this is an expert-profile racket. The stiff core and head-heavy balance reward a fast, technically sound swing and will punish a developing one — both in results and in the elbow. If you are still building technique, look at something softer first.
