Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on https://padelpoint.ae/, operated by RCPL General Trading L.L.C.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your issuing bank.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@padelpoint.ae or +971 54 523 2450 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
