• Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
• Shipping time depends on the delivery option selected at checkout: Next-Day Delivery is our standard service for Dubai; orders to the other emirates arrive within 1-2 working days. For Dubai we also offer Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday, and Express Same-Day Delivery for orders placed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or before 11am on Saturday. Neither is available on Sundays, and we do not dispatch on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Policy

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are shipped by a third-party courier (Jeebly) and are delivered within the timeframe of the delivery option chosen at checkout.

Delivery is charged at AED 25 and is free for orders over AED 300 – Next-Day Delivery in Dubai, or 1-2 working days to the other emirates. In Dubai, Same-Day Delivery is AED 40 (order before 10am, Monday to Friday) and Express Same-Day Delivery is AED 45 (order between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. We currently deliver within the UAE only.

Please avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Our courier obtains a signed and confirmed proof of delivery from the customer at the time of handover.

Where an order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately, which may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receipt.
