Padel Point is an online retailer based in the UAE that offers padel rackets, accessories, and related products. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of them.

4. Products and Services
4.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the products available on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Availability: We make every effort to ensure that products listed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee that any product will be in stock or available for immediate delivery, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Padel Point, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and secure payment links. For bank transfer and payment-link orders, your order is processed once payment has been confirmed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5.3 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not by itself signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, verify information, and cancel orders if necessary.

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping: We ship across the UAE. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. We strive to deliver within the estimated time but are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
7.1 Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging, and the return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept a return or process a refund or exchange, except where a valid manufacturer warranty claim applies (see 7.3).
7.2 Refunds and Cancellations: Orders cancelled before they are shipped are eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method or account from which payment was made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for an approved refund to be processed once the returned item is received or the order is cancelled.
7.3 Manufacturer Warranty: Manufacturing defects are covered under the official brand warranty, which ranges from 3 to 6 months depending on the brand. Warranty claims are assessed by the manufacturer, can take 3-5 weeks to process, and are not guaranteed – approval and any remedy are at the brand’s discretion.
7.4 Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, customised products, and any item that has been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund (subject to your warranty rights under 7.3).

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Padel Point or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of it. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised access to the Site, the use of viruses or malicious software, and the distribution of spam.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Point shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Point and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, the UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Payment, Governing Law & Cardholder Terms

RCPL General Trading L.L.C maintains the https://padelpoint.ae/ website (the "Site").

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law of the UAE.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

We will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC- and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the website who are minors, under the age of 18, shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
